  2. Once the form is sent you will get an estimate of the cost to repair your console.

  3. If you are happy with your estimate you need to send your Games Console to us. (Please read our repair procedures)

     

Repair Procedures

PACKAGING  

Please ensure that the games console is well wrapped and packaged. Pack your machine up so it is well protected from any further damage. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.

  • Please clearly state the nature of the fault and  indicate if this fault is intermittent.

POSTAGE

Letting You Know

We will contact you to let you know that your machine has arrived with us then we will undertake the repair.



Completion

Upon completion of the repair we will then contact you to arrange payment.



Payment

Once the payment is received your repaired machine will be returned to you by citylink 24hr courier.
